At VL COMPUTERS (operated by VL COMPUTERS), we take utmost pride in industrial-grade print precision and color fidelity. Because all items are custom-printed with personalized artwork and customer specifications, please review our refund and reprint terms below.

1. Prepress Proof Confirmation

Before initiating physical printing, digital proofs are sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email. Once the proof is approved by the customer, the print job enters the automated plate and press queue.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Press Run: Orders can be cancelled or artwork replaced at zero penalty before the digital printing process begins.
After Press Run: Once physical printing or die-cutting has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials have been committed specifically for your customized order.

3. 100% Free Reprint Guarantee

We offer a 100% free reprint or full credit in the following verified circumstances:

Printing Flaws: Severe color banding, misregistration, or wrong paper stock compared to order confirmation.
Cutting / Sizing Defect: Artwork trimmed incorrectly beyond standard 2mm industry bleed tolerance.
Transit Damage: Parcel crushed or damaged in transit (please provide photos of packaging upon receipt).

4. Refund Processing Time

If an eligible refund is approved by our quality control desk, the transaction will be refunded to the original payment source (UPI / Net Banking / Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
