Welcome to VL COMPUTERS. By accessing this platform, requesting quotes, or submitting orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operating terms.

1. Custom Printing & Proof Approvals

Customers must verify all digital artwork proofs (including spelling, mobile numbers, layout orientation, CMYK color profiles, and bleed margins) prior to print authorization. Once sent to the digital offset presses, customized orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Dispatch Timelines & Doorstep Delivery

All printed goods are produced and dispatched from our primary facility in Tenali VL Computers. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days depending upon regional courier routes and destination accessibility.

3. Quality Guarantee & Replacement Protocol

We guarantee 350+ GSM premium art stocks and high-resolution industrial printing. If a manufacturing defect or physical damage in transit occurs, report the shipment within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for immediate replacement.

4. Platform Ownership

This digital platform, design assets, and services are owned and operated by VL COMPUTERS (feelgreat — Online Printing Services).
